I found the hotel easy to locate. The room was clean. The bed was massive and comfortable. I greatly appreciated the helpful staff upon arrival. I plan to consider this hotel for future trips near the area.
The hotel car park requires a daily fee. I had to pay extra.

the bed was huge and comfy. the room had extra touches i appreciated. breakfast was regularly replenished. i especially loved the village flapjacks.
the faded exit signage in the car park caused some confusion. it could use some refreshing.

The team, led by Joe, made my husband's 90th birthday party a success. Izzy expertly handled the complex pre-event organization. The team was marvelous! I also enjoyed the complimentary parking. It made arrival smooth.
The room lacked a ceiling light. It. I did find this inconvenient. The room also had limited plug sockets next to the bed. This was not ideal for charging my devices overnight.

The staff was helpful during check-in! Check-in took only minutes and the receptionist quickly explained parking for Village club members, so parking was free, and the team always were very good during service.

The gym has friendly staff, and I used the pool. The pool area was great, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast had a decent offering with cereals, croissants, and coffee.

The room size was spacious, and i found the staff attentive. the facilities added a touch of luxury. i particularly enjoyed the cleanliness. The entire hotel felt fresh and well-kept. the complimentary parking over the weekend was a good bonus.
i experienced a small hiccup upon arrival as the room felt a bit like a maze to locate.

finding a parking spot seemed like competing in the olympics. The car park was always packed. and the room was far from excellent. The small heater struggled to keep up, and the lack of a ceiling light. breakfast was another letdown. The limited choices didn't justify the hefty price tag.

The gym was REALLY great. I actually looked forward to it.
The room became a FURNACE. It was only 23 degrees outside. The windows opened just 4cm because of safety locks. The hotel didn't allow removal. There was no air conditioning. The fan was BARELY working. It only circulated hot air.
